Community Town Halls

PGE’s Community Town Halls are your opportunity to learn about projects happening in your area in an open public forum. Meetings are held approximately every other month on a weekday evening, typically at a school or community center. We hope to meet you at an event soon.

We’re hitting the road!

PGE is holding town hall-style meetings in every county within our service area. We want your connection with us to be more than reliable service and a monthly bill statement. You may have questions about what we’re doing in your community, energy costs, or you may just want to offer your point of view. We’re here to share information as well as listen.

Frequently asked questions

Community town halls give you a chance to hear directly from us, ask questions, and stay informed about your electric service through open and transparent conversations. There has never been a more important time to talk about the future of energy. At these meetings, we discuss needed system upgrades, the transition to cleaner energy, and the steps we’re taking to make the electric system more resilient to wildfire risks.

Community town hall meetings typically cover topics such as:

  • How electricity is generated and delivered to the community

  • Modernization of the transmission system, including reliability and safety improvements

  • Energy-saving tips that can help customers lower their monthly bills

  • Major projects and routine maintenance work planned or underway in the community

  • Open questions forum where customers can ask about any topics important to them
