Report a Streetlight Problem

To help us fix a streetlight quickly, we'll need the pole information. Look for a three-inch metal tag about eye level on the pole — it shows the streetlight's map number and pole number.

If there's no tag, it might be a privately-owned streetlight. In that case, your property management company or neighborhood association may be responsible for fixing it.
