Energy Assistance Programs

You could qualify for free help adding insulation, reducing air leaks or improving your heating system to help save money and control energy bills.

Energy Trust Savings Within Reach

If you earn too much to qualify for weatherization assistance, you may be able to participate in the Savings Within Reach program from Energy Trust of Oregon.

If you need a little more time or need to spread your balance over several months, you can request a payment plan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by logging into your account or calling 503-228-6322.

You can request a payment extension 24/7 by logging into your account or calling our automated phone system at the numbers above.

Medical Needs Certificate program

Payment arrangements are available for customers with a utility accepted medical certificate.
