Vegetation Management

As part of our wildfire prevention efforts, we trim and remove trees and shrubs that can impact overhead power lines. Our crews manage more than 2.2 million trees along 12,000 miles of overhead power lines and we spend approximately $26 million on tree-trimming and vegetation management each year. In this gallery you’ll find photos and video of crews trimming branches and felling trees.
