Access to PGE’s Tucannon River wind farm, PacifiCorp’s Marengo wind facility and Puget Sound Energy’s adjacent Hopkins Ridge wind facility is jointly administered by the utilities.
Steps to register
Written permission for access to these lands may be obtained by completing these steps.
Hunters only need to register with one utility. The signed access permission agreement will allow you access to all three wind facilities. You must carry your signed access permission agreement and display the hang tag at all times while visiting the wind facilities.

Fill out a registration form in person at Circle K in Dayton or online for The Last Resort or Four Star Supply. The online registration form can be found below.
Sign and pick up your permission agreement and vehicle hang tag from the store you selected on the registration form.
