We have upgraded sites with newer, faster chargers and easier ways to pay at the following locations:

Electric Avenue: New rates begin on January 1, 2025

Enjoy fast charge times, easy payments and only pay for the energy you use.


  • Includes charging session and parking

  • 7.2 kW max (approximately 10 miles of range in 30 minutes)

  • Additional peak time fee of $0.28 per kWh added on weekdays, 5 - 9 p.m.

  • Idle fee of $0.10 per minute after a 10-minute grace period


  • Includes charging session and parking

  • 80 kW to 160 kW max (approximately 100 to 200 miles of range in 30 minutes)

  • Additional peak time fee of $0.28 per kWh added on weekdays, 5 - 9 p.m.

  • Idle fee of $0.40 per minute after a 10-minute grace period

How to pay

1. Easy payment options

Enjoy easier payment processing through tap to pay, the ChargePoint charging app or a ChargePoint RFID card.

2. Download the ChargePoint App

We've partnered with ChargePoint to make the payment process easier. Here's how it works:

  1. Download the ChargePoint app in the Apple App store or Google Play store or order a ChargePoint RFID card.

  2. When you're ready to charge your vehicle, activate a charging session through the ChargePoint app or scan your ChargePoint charging card.

  3. When you're finished, your card will automatically be charged for the session.

An additional peak time fee of $0.28 per kWh will be added on weekdays between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Plus, an idle fee of $0.40 per minute for the DC fast charger and $0.10 per minute for the L2 charger will be assessed after a 10-minute grace period if the vehicle does not vacate the parking space once charging is complete.

PGE has partnered with cities across our service territory to make EV chargers more accessible for everyone. We have installed dozens of charging stations on our utility poles, making it easier for you and your neighbors to go electric.

How it works

  1. Scan the QR code or key in the station ID.

  2. After your charge is authorized, the cable is released and will automatically lower for use.

  3. To extend the cable, hold down the button on top of the handle.

  4. Plug in the connector to the vehicle and start charging.
