Portland General Electric Company and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 125 have reached a tentative agreement for the 31 System Operators who voted to join the union.
The agreement avoids a potential work stoppage and reaffirms a shared commitment to providing safe and reliable service to customers across the region.
PGE and IBEW Local 125 value their longstanding relationship. Both organizations look forward to finalizing the agreement through the ratification process and continuing their work in service of customers, employees, and the communities they serve.
