CSO requirements

CSO customers will be responsible for finding a renewable energy facility and bringing that project to PGE. Review the quick guide of requirements PGE and the full-length requirements PGE.

CSO customers must have a PGE Cost of Service load equal to 10 aMW to submit their interest in this program or seek approval from the Public Utility Commission if less than 10 aMW but greater than 5 aMW.

CSO waitlist allocation

Customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis.

The maximum subscription size will be determined by PGE based on the final contracted facility, with a nameplate facility capacity not to exceed 100 MW.

Online "Letter of Interest" form will be available Feb. 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.

The "Letter of Interest PGE" will be a digital letter for your review and a form that requires following data fields:

  1. Organization name

  2. Name of the authorized representative to submit the letter of interest on behalf of the organization

  3. Requested nameplate capacity of facility to be reserved (up to 100MW)

  4. Email of primary contact

  5. Phone of primary contact

  6. Check box that agrees you have read the Letter of Interest PGE and accompanying materials before submitting this form

  7. Check box that agrees this form represents your electronic signature as an authorized representative of your organization to submit the Letter of Interest
