Fast-track EV charging at your business and help expand Oregon’s public charging network. PGE offers rebates to offset the cost of installing DC Fast Chargers in underserved communities.

About DC Fast Charger rebates

Give drivers a quick and reliable place to charge — and help make fast charging more accessible in underserved communities.

  • Rebate amount: Up to $55,000 per port (maximum $330,000 per site)

  • Eligible costs: Purchase of qualified DC Fast Charging (DCFC) equipment only. Installation, warranties and network fees are not included.

Ready to apply?

Once you've confirmed your site eligibility, gather the required documents listed below and start your application through PowerClerk.

  • Building permit showing installation of the equipment, issued no earlier than Jan. 1, 2026

  • Documentation detailing the cost of the charging unit(s)

  • Specification sheet showing power output, connector configuration and all equipment requirements

  • Photographs of the installed equipment and of the site demonstrating compliance with accessibility and location requirements

  • IRS Form W9
