We will process your request within 45 business days. If you are requesting that we delete your personal information, we will send you a confirmation once we have done so. Be advised that we can't delete information required to service your account - such as the primary account holder's name and service address.
Please note:
- PGE does not sell consumer data for any reason.
- PGE does not knowingly collect personal information about minors, so if you are making a request
on behalf of a minor, we may not be able to identify them as a minor, and therefore may not be able to furnish or delete data
you requested on their behalf.
