Start, Stop or Move Service

Start new service

Use this form if you are not a PGE customer and would like to establish a residential account. If you are an existing PGE customer and would like to add an additional service, please call us at 800-542-8818 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Move service

If you’re a PGE customer moving to a new location in our service territory, you can stop service at the old location and transfer service to the new location.

Stop service

Need to close your account? Use this form to cancel your electric service.
