Your Tesla’s first 500 miles* a month are on us!

Our Test Bed EV Charging Study will explore new ways to connect your EV to the smarter, more flexible and resilient energy grid of the future.

If you drive a Tesla manufactured in 2012 or later and live within our Test Bed EV Charging Study boundary PGE, you’re invited to earn $50 just for enrolling, plus ongoing bill credits until the study ends Dec. 31, 2024.

Plug in. Sit back. Get paid.

Step 1

Enroll in PGE’s Smart Charging program, powered by WeaveGrid, and you’ll get:

  • $50 just for enrolling

  • $25 in bill credits twice a year for allowing PGE to pause your Tesla charging during times of high demand.

Step 2

At the same time, sign up for the Test Bed EV Charging Study and you'll get an additional $20 in bill credits each month. That’s up to $340 in your pocket the first year! Just keep your car plugged in when you’re not using it.

It’s that simple!

*Participants will receive an additional $20 monthly bill credit while they are enrolled in the study. $20 per month covers 513 miles of charging based on the average Tesla driver charging 4 miles at 15.58 cents per kWh. Your actual savings may vary.  Source PGE
