What is Energy Trust of Oregon?

Energy Trust of Oregon is a public-purpose organization dedicated to energy efficiency and renewable energy generation. Energy Trust programs are funded by a 3 percent charge on your electric bill. PGE works closely with Energy Trust to help our customers earn money back by making their homes more energy efficient.

Energy Trust incentives
You’re eligible for cash-back incentives through Energy Trust of Oregon for qualifying energy-efficiency and renewable-energy improvements. Incentives are available for:
  • Weatherization, including insulation and ducts
  • Heating & cooling, including heat pumps
  • Water heating, including high-efficiency electric water heaters and solar water-heating systems
  • ENERGY STAR® appliances
  • Renewable projects, including solar electric, solar hot water and small wind turbines

Limited-time Energy Trust offers
Take advantage of these special Energy Trust incentives:
  • Receive a $150 bonus in addition to the standard cash incentives when you install attic, wall and floor insulation and seal air leaks.
