PGE’s Express Pay stations let you pay your PGE bill at grocery stores, pharmacies and other convenient places.
PGE has contracted with Fidelity Express, a payment processing vendor. There is a $1 convenience fee charged for each payment made at an Express Pay location. The $1 convenience fee must be paid in cash.
To serve you better, PGE and Fidelity Express have opened several new Express Pay locations to serve you better. Take a look at the list below to find the Express Pay station nearest you.
Express Pay stations only accept payments. Payments will be posted by the next business day. Just remember to bring along your PGE statement. To prevent disconnection or to get reconnected, you must call Customer Service at 503-228-6322 or 800-542-8818 and provide your Express Pay confirmation number.
You can also pay your bill at our full-service Customer Service Offices, or at Vcom® centers in participating 7-Eleven stores.
The operating hours of Express Pay stations may be different than the hours of the store in which it is located.
